How to reach us by car
Coming from Vienna, Munich or Villach: From Vienna, take the A1 and exit at Salzburg Nord towards Braunau/Trumer Seengebiet. Stay on Bundesstraße 156. Coming from Munich/Villach on the A1, exit at Bergheim Ost and stay on Bundesstraße 156.
A useful clue: After you have passed Intersport Tscherne on your right, you will arrive at a roundabout after approx. 1 km. Continue straight on towards Elixhausen, which you will reach after approx. 4km.
The Romantik Spa Hotel Elixhauser Wirt is located at the centre of the village. Coming from the city of Salzburg: Go towards Elixhausen via Vogelweiderstraße and Salzburger Straße, then follow Bundesstraße 156 (Lamprechtshausener Str.). Please remember that your car needs to display a toll road sticker (“Vignette”) on Austrian motorways. A charging point for electric cars is available.
By train
How to reach us by train
Numerous regional, intercity and high-speed trains stop at Salzburg main station. From there, take bus no. 120 to the centre of Elixhausen. The trip takes around 20 minutes and the ticket costs around € 4.00 per person. The Romantik Spa Hotel Elixhauser Wirt is located directly in the centre of the village.
