During our daily Elixhauser Wirt active programme with yoga offer you will experience moving relaxation with our SPA “Horizont” trainer Eva.
The yoga sessions take place in the spacious relaxation pavilion of the Panorama SPA “Horizont” and with a fantastic view of the surrounding Salzburg mountains.
External yoga enthusiasts are very welcome at the SPA “Horizont”!

This is how an hour of yoga in Salzburg is structured

Of course, there is no single way to practise yoga. We offer different variations and find the right units and exercises for all participants, so that everyone can really join in and feel and absorb the lasting health effects of yoga.

A typical “Yoga Flow” unit in the relaxation pavilion of the Romantik Spa Hotel Elixhauser Wirt looks something like this:

  • The sun salutation warms up, activates, and prepares for the following exercises.
  • In the active flow further building movements are set. This main part of the training lets the muscles work, stretches and strengthens.
  • Now follows a relaxed flow. The flowing yoga exercises continue, but at a lower intensity.
  • The final relaxation part rounds off the unit and ensures a harmonious feeling of well-being.
