If you are unable to commence your stay with us, you naturally have the option to cancel. Room cancellations can only be accepted in writing. Please notify us as early as possible so we can process the cancellation accordingly. To avoid potential cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance such as “Hotel Cancellation Plus.”

Our cancellation policy is as follow:
Valid year-round (except during special periods):
Free cancellation up to 1 day before arrival
In case of later cancellation or no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
Special periods:
July 18 – August 31, November 8 – 11 November 2025, November 28, 2025 – January 6, 2026
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
In case of later cancellation or no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
