Yes, private parking spaces are available free of charge directly at the hotel. A reservation is not necessary. There is also an underground car park under the new hotel building.

Yes, the local tax for Elixhausen is €1.50 per person per night and will be charged on your total bill.
Is there a mobility ticket for Salzburg?
We recommend that you use all public transport in SalzburgerLand during your stay. We will be happy to send you the ticket before you arrive so that you can travel in a relaxed and environmentally conscious manner. The €0.50 will be charged directly to your overnight stay. When is breakfast served?
The breakfast buffet is open Monday to Friday from 6.30 – 11 a.m. and Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays from 7 a.m. – 12 p.m.

The restaurant is open daily from 12 – 2 p.m. and from 6 – 9 p.m. A small afternoon menu is offered from 2 – 6 p.m. During the festival season, longer opening hours apply from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

The 4-course gourmet menu can be booked in advance for € 55. We charge € 62 on site.

The wellness area is open daily from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m., the sauna from 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Yes, children are allowed in the wellness area. However, they are asked to be quiet and considerate, as this is a place for relaxation. The sauna area is only accessible from the age of 14.
Can I also use the wellness area as an external guest?
Yes, you can also use our day spa or after-work spa from 5 pm as an external guest. You can find more information here.
Are flip-flops available at your hotel?
In consideration of the environment, we have consciously decided not to provide disposable flip-flops as part of the standard room amenities. We kindly ask that you bring your own bathing shoes. If needed, a pair of flip-flops is available at the reception for €5 upon request.

Yes, dogs are very welcome here. Please inform us in advance if you are travelling with a dog, as the number of dogs per stay is limited (maximum one dog per room). We charge a surcharge of €42 per day for your four-legged friend (without food). Dogs are also allowed in the restaurant – please keep your dog on a lead.
